A health project set out to increase our community’s levels of health, happiness and consciousness. We know just how important it is for people to feel good in order to be whole and successful in all aspects. In present time, our fast paced world and lifestyle make it difficult for people to eat nutritious food. Lack of time and education make people vulnerable to commercial, highly processed, and very toxic food disguised as “normal” or even “edible”. We are what we eat! The food we eat affects the way we think. The way we think affects the way we feel. The way we feel affects the way we live. The way we live defines who we are. Here at Yummy we want you to be healthy, happy and very successful. With that in mind, we’ve put together a delicious, simple, and healthier menu for dine in and take out. By applying organic ingredients and healthier/conscious cooking methods we offer you the most valuable option available.

We are here to help you transition from the foods you grew up eating, which may have been extremely toxic, to food that will heal & transform your life! Our goal is to educate our communities about overall health, starting with real and conscious nutrition.
